Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information Sensational Surrogacy, LLC (“Sensational Surrogacy,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write it the way we’d want to read it — plainly.
The short version: we collect only what you choose to share with us, we use it to respond to you and to support your journey, we never sell it, and we never share it with outside parties without your consent.
Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect.
Everything we collect, you type into a form yourself. The intended-parent introduction form asks for your name, email, phone number, how you heard about us, whether you have frozen embryos and which IVF clinic you’re working with, and anything you choose to write in your message.
The gestational carrier prescreen asks for your name, email, phone number, date of birth, state of residence, citizenship or permanent-residency status, whether you’ve given birth, current medical conditions, recent use of certain psychiatric medications, smoking or recreational drug use, whether you’ve been a surrogate before, and how you heard about us.
Some of those answers are health information. We ask for them because they’re the minimum needed to know whether we can responsibly move forward together, and we hold them to the strictest handling described in this policy.
Like nearly every website, the providers that host this site keep routine server logs — things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to keep the service running and secure. Our form protection also checks your connection’s address momentarily to block automated abuse; that check happens in passing and the address is not stored with your submission.
How we use it.
We use what you share to respond to you: to review your introduction or application, to contact you about it, and to prepare for our first conversation. Our team may add internal notes to your record as we work together.
That’s it. We don’t use your information for advertising, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t send marketing. When you submit a form, you’re agreeing that we may contact you about your inquiry — nothing more.
When it’s shared.
We never sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone, ever.
If your journey moves forward, parts of your information are shared with the professionals working alongside you — a fertility clinic, an independent attorney, an escrow provider — only with your written consent, and only what each of them needs.
Like most websites, we rely on a small set of service providers to run this one: hosting, our database, email delivery, the typeface, and the visit counting described below. They process data on our instructions to operate the site and can’t use it for their own purposes.
Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law genuinely required it — a valid legal process — or to protect someone’s safety. That is the entire list.
Cookies & tracking.
Browsing this site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. We don’t use tracking pixels, and we don’t share visitor data with ad platforms.
To understand which pages are useful, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is provided by the company that hosts this site. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records which pages are viewed, the site that referred the visit, and your country, browser and type of device — counted in aggregate, never tied to your name or to anything you type into a form.
It doesn’t record our application pages at all, so nothing about starting or submitting an application ever reaches it.
The site’s typeface is delivered by Adobe Fonts, so your browser downloads it from Adobe’s servers. Adobe receives your IP address and the name of this website — not the page you’re reading — to deliver the font and count page views for licensing. It sets no cookies.
The only cookies in use are functional ones for our own staff — signing in to manage the site’s content. Visitors never receive them.
Storage & security.
Your information is stored in the United States with established infrastructure providers, is encrypted in transit, and is accessible only to our team.
Submitted applications are locked against editing — your answers are preserved exactly as you gave them, and any notes our team adds are kept separately.
We keep submissions for as long as your inquiry is open or we’re working together, so we don’t have to ask you the same questions twice. If you’d rather we didn’t keep yours, ask us to delete it — see below.
Your choices.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sensationalsurrogacy.com and we’ll take care of it promptly. If a law requires us to keep something, we’ll tell you exactly what and why.
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here with a new date. If a change materially affects how health information is handled, we’ll also tell the people we’re actively working with directly.
Questions about privacy — or anything else? Write to hello@sensationalsurrogacy.com. A real person reads it.
