We begin by getting to know you — your story, your health history, and your motivations. From there, we guide you through each step of the journey, including screening, matching, medical and legal coordination, and beyond. You'll never be expected to navigate this process on your own. Our team handles the details, answers your questions, and ensures everything moves forward smoothly — so you can focus on what matters most.

These are the guidelines we follow. If you're unsure about any of them — apply anyway. We review every application individually and are happy to walk through the details with you.
- ✓Must be between the ages 21–40
- ✓BMI between 18–34
- ✓Completed at least one healthy full-term pregnancy and delivery
- ✓Good physical health
- ✓No major complications in your pregnancy history
- ✓No more than 2 C-sections
- ✓No more than 5 live births
- ✓No history of serious mental illness (mild situational anxiety/depression, or mild postpartum anxiety/depression are acceptable in some cases)
- ✓Must clear a psychological exam
- ✓Must provide complete prenatal and delivery records
- ✓Not taking any medications affecting pregnancy
- ✓Does not use illegal drugs
- ✓Does not smoke or use tobacco products
- ✓No history of cancer
- ✓Financially stable and not requiring government financial assistance
- ✓No felony criminal history for the gestational carrier, spouse, and other adults in the home
- ✓U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- ✓Reliable transportation and childcare for appointments
- ✓Committed, reliable, empathetic, and communicative

From the very first conversation, our goal is for you to feel not only informed, but deeply supported, understood, and confident that you are in the right hands.
This step is all about ensuring your body is fully supported and ready for the journey ahead. During medical screening, you'll undergo a thoughtful, thorough evaluation with a fertility clinic to ensure you are an excellent candidate for a safe and successful surrogacy journey.
- ·Review of your full medical and pregnancy history
- ·Collection of OB and hospital records for all prior pregnancies and deliveries
- ·Lab work and blood testing
- ·Uterine evaluation (ultrasound or saline sonogram)
- ·Physical exam and clearance by a fertility clinic
Once medical clearance is complete, the legal phase begins — where expectations, responsibilities, and protections are thoughtfully outlined for both you and the Intended Parents. Each party is represented by their own independent attorney.

Embryo transfer day is a meaningful milestone — one that represents hope, trust, and the beginning of something incredibly special. The embryo is gently transferred at the fertility clinic in a simple, carefully guided procedure.
